The Puget Sound Harley-Davidson Dealers Association is hosting a Fallen Officers Rally at Crystal Mountain, on Sunday, August 1st between noon-3pm, benefiting the Behind The Badge Foundation.

The Behind The Badge Foundation was formed by combining the Washington State Law Enforcement Memorial and 10-99 Foundations on January 1st, 2009. Their mission is to honor the sacrifices of officers who a have suffered a line of duty death, or catastrophic injury by: serving as the trusted resource to families and surviving officers, providing immediate and on-going support, and maintaining the Law Enforcement Memorial as eternal recognition and remembrance for fallen Washington officers.

Harley-Davidson’s tie in (besides being All-American & huge supporters of our Law Enforcement) is our Police Fleet. The Motor Company delivered their first police motorcycle to the Detroit Police Department in 1908. Today, more than 3,400 police departments ride Harley-Davidson motorcycles in the U.S. alone. The Puget Sound area is lucky to have many departments on board who’ve continued the tradition of riding our brand. We service, set-up and work hard to keep them safe on the roads.
